EXCHANGE POLICY
Please complete the exchange request. If you wish to both exchange and return items on the same order, PLEASE CREATE SEPARATE REQUESTS for the items that you wish to exchange and those that you wish to return.

Exchange policy

Please send exchange requests to us within one week of receipt of your uniform order

Uniform items can be exchanged for a different size but not for a different item

Items must be returned in their original condition (with tags attached) and not worn/used or washed

Please note that we cannot collect exchanged items from schools

Exchange items will be shipped to you using the same delivery method as the one selected on the original order

If you wish to return an item and request a refund, then there will be a transaction charge of ¥220 when we process the refund. There will be no transaction charge if you request store credit.

Please return items to us within two weeks of submitting the exchange request. If items are not received within two weeks, then the exchange request will be automatically rejected.

Please return the items that you wish to exchange to us at our address below. Please note that you will need to pay the shipping fee to return the items to us. We pay the shipping fee to send the new items to you.

Please make sure that you include a note stating your order number with the items that you are returning. If you do not, there will be a delay in sending the replacement items to you.

Damaged or faulty items​​

If an item that you ordered is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please complete an exchange form within 3 days of receiving the item, including photos of the fault.

Please return the item to us at our address above by registered post - we will pay the shipping cost so please send the package "chakubarai" (cash on delivery).

If the item has not been used and the tags are attached, then, unless you request a refund, if it can be repaired, it will be repaired and returned to you. If it cannot be repaired we will send a replacement.
